Right of withdrawal

The return period after receiving the product is 14 days. The return of an article within the legal period is possible if the article is returned in its original packaging. Unfortunately, the return of a tested or used hygiene product is no longer possible. If a product packaging has only been opened for the optical assessment of the product, a reduction in the product may have taken place. For a withdrawal, I request a written contact, since the article may be returned by a reduced amount. Returns have to be franked on the postage. Basically, we do not have to accept any returns. The goods must be sent back with all accessories in the original packaging.
